Bathmark provides information to help homeowners understand bath and shower project options and, where service is available, helps connect them with participating home-improvement professionals.
Bathmark does not itself perform construction, remodeling, or installation services, and does not manufacture or sell products. Bathmark does not prepare quotes, determine project scope or pricing, schedule work, select products, or provide warranties.
Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer of work, or professional design, construction, engineering, medical, accessibility, or legal advice.
Submitting a project request does not create an agreement for work and does not guarantee that a participating professional is available in your area, that your request will be accepted, that you will receive a quote or a particular price, or that any specific outcome, schedule, product, or result will be provided.
Availability of participating professionals and services varies by location and by project.
Participating professionals are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Bathmark, and Bathmark does not control their work, communications, pricing, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or business practices.
Any agreement, contract, payment, or transaction relating to your project is between you and the professional you choose — not with Bathmark. You are responsible for evaluating any professional you engage, including confirming licensing, insurance, references, and contract terms, and for reading any contract before signing it.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that the mobile number and email address you provide are yours to use. Before a project request is accepted, we send a one-time code by text message to confirm your number; that verification is for confirmation purposes only.
You acknowledge that the project and contact information you provide may be shared with participating home-improvement professionals so they can respond to your project request. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The content, layout, photography, text, and design of this site, along with the Bathmark name and logo, are owned by Bathmark or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use the content or marks for commercial purposes without written permission.
The site may link to or rely on third-party websites and service providers. Bathmark does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or practices.
